When standing in a queue wanting to open an account for my daughter, the teller serving the gentleman in front of me was resting her heard on her arms on her desk as if she needed to sleep. The gentleman even asked her if she was tired. She was also rude to the gentleman because he was old and hard at hearing. Needless to say, I left ABSA to open an account at the Nedbank next door. Staff should be trained on etiquette and practice it before coming to work!
