Payment's made per agreement, not reconciled

I made my payments as per an agreed telephone arrangement to pay an amount. I paid the amount into a bank account as specified using my name as told. People have constantly phoned me for payment. I have once faxed and twice emailed my proof of payment's. Up till now I have had no response to my email and have received sms notifications to say I have been handed over to an attorney. This is not acceptable as I have made payments as per my agreement in November. I can't believe that your accounts can't be reconciled. Totally and utterly disgusted with Standard bank.
