Been trying to get someone settle my windscreen claim of R 4 000 since last week. Spoke to so many people, Lerato, Laughtan so on, so on... E-mails flying to them. No response. Telephone calls of between 20 to 45 minutes hanging - no response. Service is pathetic. Waiting for claim to be finalised and will be cancelling policy.
