I applied for a credit card near the end of 2013. I have been charged a credit life premium each month (even though the account is paid for in full each month) that I did not agree to. The first premium was paid back to me and supposedly the cover was stopped, but this month I was charged a premium again. This needs to be corrected.

My monthly fee was also increased by 26% with no warning. And this is also after I was told at the very beginning that the credit card facility was completely free. Why no notification as to increasing bank fees? The increase in bank fees with no notification applies to my current account too...
