FNB One Account - Don't Bother!

Just about has my fill of FNB. Opened account 8 years ago, bond for 1.2m fully repaid never in arrears. Average 2m per annum through accounts. Was Platinum customer, they upgraded me to Private Client without me asking. BUT you try get a One Account. More to the point, try and get hold of Edwin Billings... NEVER available, promises responses never meets them.

I am really sick of FNB. Sure the only reason they made me Private Client was to charge more per month. Will check that out and contact FSB and Consumer Council...
