DIDN'T EXPLAIN CONTRACT

Good day
I can't begin to explain hoe BAD Wesbank Service on the phone is... they pass the bucket each time I phone in. We got financed with Wesbank for a car in April last year. When I phoned in this week and asked if we also get the "take a break" in January (how i now this is I have a FNB loan and every January we get a "take a break" month) the lady said to me when we took out the contract we had to choose the "take a break" option... which were NEVER explained to us when we signed the contract, from the lady that helped us, also there was NO OPTION were we could have ticked for this option...??? The lady that i spoke to on the phone in this week said Wesbank can't give us this "take a break" now, cause we had to choose it when we got the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and she said i needed to hold and came back to me and declined me to speak to a manager cause they are going to say the same thing to me. When i phoned today, and again asked for a manager they said i had to hold on and they kept me on hold for 15 minutes and then put the phone down in my ear!!! I will never make use of Wesbank ever again!
