Good day,
As a loyal customer from FNB and Wesbank where i have financed all by vehicles all my life and payed off all the vehicles I am very disappointed, I am in process of purchasing a new vehicle at Wonderboom VW, First Wesbank declined my application on the system, then after I discussed this with them they saw where the problem was, then it was declined again. Absa gave me a better deal and better interest rate without a deposit, I expected a lot more and that a bank that take away the customer relationships and rely only on systems will loose a lot of business. I am currently considering changing all my financial business from RMB to another bank if this continues and my profile at Wesbank be rectified. I have been trying to contact Wesbank directly to speak to a manager but no one has come back to me yet.
