We logged an accident with Auto & General through their Telesure agents. I was helped by Dorothy Hendricks. Within 24 hours we were guided to an assessor and authorisation for repairs supplied by personal call and sms. Dorothy constantly kept me updated of the status of our claim. She is very professional and did not hesitate to explain everything. At the end she called me back to enquire if I require any amendments to my policy. I will most definitely recommend A&G to all my friends.
