Herewith a letter for assistance wrt to my account with African Bank: I do have a excisting loan with the bank and i applied for a new loan, the consultant told me there is currently 1 very old loan I had with A/bank that is prohibiting me from getting a further/new loan because it shows as active/open on the system while it has in actual fact been closed.
Please help with this problem because I am already showing A/bank that I am indeed a loyal paying client and I would like to make full use of your products. I faxed this letter to 011 207-4733 but did not get any response. I would be glad if you could cancel my 8 year old history so that i can continue and improve my finances by using African Bank.
