Service Paid for and Not Recieved

On the 29th Oct 2013 I paid R700 to Michelle from Dont Q for an Urgent Unabridged Death and Marriage certificate, I was told the following week there was a hiccup because I had already applied in JHB. I said to Michelle I would pick up the Certificates myself she would need to come and collect them to have them Apostilled. On calling her to tell her I had them I hand, she was verbally abusive, I was told that I have been wasting her time etc suffice to say she is not prepared to do what was paid for, and promised.

This complaint is more of a warning than anything else. Don't use Michelle from DONTQ.
