I have been with Discovery for a number of years. After changing my banking details and confimring with them what is happening as the debit orders did not go off my account - I was pleasntly surprised when I called the Call Centre on more than 3 occasions as they never once caledl me back. When I called them I was pleasantly surprised and totally disgusted... Really bad service. I took my business elsewhere
