I received a cal from one of your wondefull lady called Lebohang Khotle who was well manned and explained to me about my policy as i was even aware that if the payment is not received on the date of the d/o mandate it will be lapse and reason as to why not on my pay date but on the date the tracking is concerned. She modle the value that i believe 1life belive in and the vision mission stament of the customer service inviroment.
