POLICY NUMBER PREMIUM PAYMENT TERM 5 YEA

I have not received any feedback from 1life direct since I have already sent 2 emails. The first email was sent on Tuesday 07/05/2013 02:12 PM. The second email was sent on Sunday 12/05/2013 10:04 AM. Till to date, no feedback... I took a policy that was only going to run for 5 years and there after I will get return on my investment. The reason I took it is because according to my best knowledge I will be reaping of what I have planted and keep on watering for 5 years. The Policy Commencement Date 01-05-2008.Premium Payment Term 5 Years. I nearly collapsed when I made a call to your customer service regarding my policy / investment money that I kept on contributing for 5 years and according to my best knowledge it has reached it maturity.*The consultant who took my call was so interrogative and arrogant instead of listening when I was just doing a follow up on a feedback regarding my email that was sent on Tuesday 07th-May-2013 14:12.He just arrogantly said "after 5 years of contributing, you forfeit your money and the policy is cancelled". If you were in my position, don't you notice that is a daylight of extortion? He made me feel like he is talking to a fool.
