I have reported storm water problem and was given a ref#13097643 on the 3rd i made a call to follow up and i was told they are still busy but the lady who help me said to me she will push up for authorization . on 9th i made a follow up i spoke to Riaad and he told me it will be paid in 2 working days [Friday/Monday 10-13th] i called in yesterday and was told that it will be processed yesterday till today nothing has been done.

My concern is do not tell a lie
you wait almost an hour before they answer you and sometimes you get dropped.
please standard bank home insurance look into this as a matter of urgency.
