I submitted my claim to Stafanie on the Thursday. She informed me she needed a damage report which I got for her over the weekend and submitted to her on the Monday. She phoned me at 11h00 on the Tuesday to inform me the claim has been completed. I am VERY impressed with her friendliness, competency and "speed".
