The WORST SERVICE experience ever!!

Post the major lightening & thunderstorm on the 28th November 2013, we lodged a claim with outsurance for various issues. To date NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN! We try to contact our claims consultant, Sibusiso Thanjekwayo leave messages & he just doesnt bother returning calls. Then try 2 contact his team leader, Kelly Daniels & she doesnt bother returning calls! NOT ONE of their so called contractors have completed any work... our roof is still leaking (CONTRACTOR CAN ONLY FIX IN MARCH 2014!), cupboards are soaked and stinking, WORSE YET... THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID US FOR THE SECURITY SYSTEM REPLACEMENT! WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT SECURITY SERVICE FOR OVER A MONTH! They also have the nerve to ask us to find contractors to do the work. We pay monthly fees for service & cover AND we must do their work!
We have been insured through financial institutions previously and while insurance is not their core business, they have been really good with their customer service and turnaround time.

Outsurance, your adverts which position you as customer orientated, best in class is a LIE! I would NEVER recommend you to anyone!
Today, i wait for Kelly's manager to call me... lets see
