Wow I have to give my Insurance Company Mutual and Federal a five star plus for the fast and efficient re-imbursement for my Geyser that burst. (Claim No 121730177). I submitted the account from the plumber for my personal re-imbursement on Thursday 9th January 2014 late afternoon and on Saturday 11th morning I had a notification from the bank to confirm that the monies had been deposited.
