I was a bit reluctant when i was claiming for my ipad i thought its going to take forever to be resolved and i will have to make endless calls to check how far my claim was. But to my surprise none of that happened, i submitted my documents to Grace Lewis, i think it was on friday and by Tuesday i already received an email saying my claim has been approaved and money deposited into my account.
I'm beyond impressed with how efficient the process was. Thanks so much Mutual and Federal :) Keep it up!!!
