A claim was logged about 3 weeks ago with ABSA insurance, 3 water pipes burst, carports was damaged, plumbers came out to fix the pipes, 2 weeks later, the walls has still not been fixed, 1 week ago a lady was sent out to come and inspect the carports, she said how do you live the damp smell is awful, my boy cannot sleep in his room and it is a major health risk as well, I've tried getting hold of the insurance, all what happens is that you are put on hold due to experiencing high call volumes, I was put on hold yesterday for 53 minutes without any success, this morning already 45 minutues on hold without any success. You pay this tremendous amount for insurance without any success. The house is smelling awfull no matter what you do, the damp smell is hanging in the air, the ceilings is all brown around the cornishes, when it rains the roof is leaking, the last correspondence was 13 December with an email, to inform that the construction company was informed.
