Hi purchased a fridge from Makro to the value of R5800 last month on credit with a 36 month payment plan.
(This being my first purchase on credit) I now wanted to make my first installment but since I have no invoices / statements I went online to see minimum installment. I see that my account has been suspended. - a whole 2 weeks before any installment is due. When calling RCS they say that it is not even on a revolving plan, so now I owe an amount of nearly 3 times what I was expecting, and I now have to go in to a Makro store to have my sellf unblocked (apparently the call centre has been trying to contact me to verify my purchase - what!!) No calls, sms's, emails etc.
Now because of your up I am expected to fork out more - you are lacking customer service!!!
Absolutely disgusted! Am tempted to tell you to come collect the fridge and cancel my account. I can only imagine what I am in for if this is what happens in my first month!!
