I have been insured by your company for many years now. My motor vehicle has been in two accidents last year and neither one was any fault of mine. You guys went around and bragged about the fact that your premiums never goes up when you've been in an accident. I've recently moved to Upington and informed you of this. I needed to get my car and household content changed to the new address. My total premium went from R980 to R1393.00. How is this at all possible.? We've moved to a much safer environment. I think this is really appalling. I need you to review this and get back to me with a better offer or else I'll not only just take away my own investments and insurance I'll also take away my second property's cover from you as well as my life insurance.
