I wish to complain about the appalling service we received from Goodfellas on Saturday night. We phoned at 12, only to get a driver assigned to us 3 hours later, leaving us stranded and unsafe in the east.
We initially bragged about the services of Goodfellas to our friends, only to be embarrassed by it and left for 3 hours when it really mattered. I understand that it is a busy time of year for your guys, but surely you are prepared for this time period.
I realy feel like cancelling, after the big "up yours, were busy we received on Saturday night. I am so frustrated I hope you don't take this trip from my allotted kms.
