I called this morning about a collection letter fee and collection phone call fee that's on my statement, I was transferred to 5 people in 8 minutes and no-one could help me. I have to call RCS every-time something happens and i have to pay for my calls. STOP CHARGING ME UNNECESSARY FEES because i did not receive anything or a phone call.
I also sent a email about my maternity leave and another complaint but still no answer. The reply come back with we going to send this to the correct department and it just stuck there.
I Call, I email and I dont get proper feedback... What am I suppose to do?
