Hi, I recently launched a claim for household contents, and i was told that over and above my R1200 excess i would need to pay an additon R2500 because the incompeted lady who captured my household details captured it incorrectly, now i am forced to pay the addtional amout for my claim to be processed further, i guess what is even more annoying is that miway accepts that its their fault that the incompetent agent didnt capture my things well, but they will backdate all the payments (which i thought i was paying for) for them to process my claim (hence the additional R2500) its unfortunate that i have lost all trust and credibility with Miway and have now resorted to look for an alternative company which is accountable and ethical, clearly you have highlighted that you are not, the last instalment you deducted will be the last you get from me, i wish not to do business with you anymore
