Premium increased for the 2nd time in three months

Good Day

Its been 3months since logging the above complaint, and i was happy with the result. I have once again recieved an updated letter advising my premuim and excess have gone up!!! WHY!!!
This is totally rediculous.
Can someone please contact me urgently.
