Disappointed, sad and not understanding why?

Fnb called to offer me credit card on 12/11/13 since i was a customer to them i thought to myself why not and i explained to Collen that i do have a credit card with another bank but i would like to move to you guys provided you payoff that account and the limit that they were offering was lesser than the amount i owe the other bank so he increased the amount and provided me with the settlement form that i had to take it to the bank and return it to them. I did all of that with a due date which they failed to pay on time and i took action withdrawn the money and paid manually since they failed to do so. Then within the month of december i got an sms saying i need to paying a certain amount for good credit report and i was like what wrong with fnb now because my contract was saying i will this much and now they telling about 50% of the amount i used. I called them and a guy by the name of Steven Mokgorosi who had an attitude explaining what happened. To date i don't know what to do because i did everything they asked me to do. I am rely disappointed fnb. Do something before i take my business somewhere else and i already convinced my wife to you. eish i tink i will regret that.
