Called about a new service to find out what exactly is covered plus wanted to do a review policy. The phone call was answered immediately, I was assisted straight away, this is the kind of service customers expect from insurer. Both Calvyn and the other gentleman on the line (forgot his name..) were very helpful. Thanks!
