King Price is too overwhelmed by clients such that exceptional customer queries are not attended articulately. My cover was supposed to start 21 September and no debit was made as agreed, I had to take alternative insurance and suddenly on 01 October the premium for October was deducted when I have already paid for October with my current insurance. I made calls and sent emails to cancel policy to get refund for premium and administration costs without success.because I did not get any feedback as promised.
