How difficult is it to cancel the credit life insurance on my vehicle?
I have been trying for 2 months now. I phoned in on 12/11/2013 and spoke to Siphewe, who assured that it would take about a month to cancel. Then my normal debit order goes off as well the other credit life firm's payment end of December.
I sent MFC an email on Monday and haven't received anything back. Today I phone the call center and spoke to a guy, who gave me Fetch's number 0117103408 which is constantly busy. I phone MFC again, spoke to Rosa and got the same response; the system says it is not cancelled please phone 0117103401.
So who is responsible for cancelling this? Who is responsible for following up?
Should the client be the one to pick up the error??
