What a bad attitude

My mother had deposited some money into a Flexible Deposit account in King Williams Town. She was never advised about the terms and conditions of the account. During December I needed some money and she was willing to make a withdrawal for me. We went into an fnb branch where I met a lady and asked her where can we get help. To my surprise she rudely and impatiently showed me where must I sit and left. When it was our turn to go to the consultants we told the consultant our case and she said since the money is in a 3 months flexible account, we needed to make a 3 months notice or bring a death certificate as per terms and conditions. My mom explained she was never told about this and no one in the family has died. The consultant called the manager and the lady we had met earlier came in and looked annoyed immediately. In short she shouted, undermined and was very impatient. When she finally left after making a scene, I asked for her name and was told it was Bongi Shabangu. She does not know what customer service is. I've been banking with fnb for a while and I've always received good service.
