Had an incident with my car in November last year & it took them just over a month to agree on paying the damages. My car is still at SMD from last year to this date, I've tried to call & sent the claims advisor Faeeza Jappie countless emails from last week & she evidently refuses to respond or answer my calls. I've had to even ask a friend who is a colleague to her to ask her to call me, the msg was delivered to her personally past week yet I'm still waiting. King price clearly has no adequate service incentives & structures in place. The advisor can leave a client stranded without anything happening to her, to them we're just another client. There's no need for urgency. They're about to loose 4 clients, this is one company I regret refering my friends to.
