I Joined King Price in August 2013 and I am lucky enough to have got a fantastic insurance premium for two cars and household content. Many of my friend and family where sceptical about the company paying out on a claim when the unfortunate time arrives! Sadly mine arrived last week, just before the Easter weekend when my parked vehicle was driven into, this was the first vehicle incident i have had in a few years and i was really distort about the incident.
I called King Price and had the pleasure of dealing with Anieka Lekay in the claims department, she was pleasant, professional, kind and courteous, everything you don't get at other short term insurers... My claim was processed and the vehicle will be going in for repairs tomorrow. THANK YOU Anieka Lekay and KING PRICE it is refreshing to deal with a company of your quality and price for product in South Africa in these times.
