Ever since i had my Liberty RA, my previous advisor never bothered to see me and always missed meetings and always had excuses, this can be confirmed as my brother and sister in law had the same problems with him. SInce I moved my RA from Barend Lourens to Simon De Wet has my RA not only been worked out better but Simon really puts in the extra effort ever since i had an RA with Liberty this is the first time I get a personalised Christmas card from my FA. Just goes to show what difference it makes if you switch to a FA that does care about his clients and not always makes excuses and tries to put the blame on the client.
