A email I wrote to NCR today! I need answers FNB!!
This mail is with the intention to lodge an offical complaint agaisnt First national Bank, Ruby Hassin (an employee of FNB, and its associate:

Attached is the original outstanding apparant and DISPUTED outstanding debt from an old credit card back in 2002.
Commuications with FNB have yeilded little clarifactions on what is happening on this DISPUTED debt. A few years ago I was suprised to learn of this account and, after a while once returning to SA I paid GL amounts of money- total amounts unknown by me as they have not doisclsed total amounts. It has got very confusing as this has been over a very long time frame and it has been passed between GL and FNB back an forth and I dont have any clear understanding of WHAT eaither parties intentions are, how they have arrived at whatever they are tryting to charge me and why?
I would like to understand how can FNB if they have wrrten this off as so called bad debt to this agency how can they keep the same accoiunt on record at FNB and keep the DISPUTED debt accoiunt on my online banking. Today itself they debited 8350 without any notice etc (letter goes on).
