I bank happily with FNB, but made the wost mistake in moving my household and vehicle insurance to FNB Insurance. No matter whichever way I complain, it falls on deaf ears. It took 12 revisions before they managed to fix the risk address whilst I was paying for invalid insurance (with an incorrect address). Once, by some fluke of luck, got hold of complaints department and they acknowledged 'issues' with the move to new underwriters. Well that was the understatement of the year - apart from the fact that I was not notified of the change in underwriter. Non-existent customer service.
