I moved to FNB bank last year and have been super-impressed with their technology and customer service. Unfortunately this has come to an abrupt end after dealing with the insurance division. Yesterday I was quoted for vehicle insurance and was impressed with the product and with the premium quoted. Unfortunately the customer service is just not up to standard. I have now sent 4 emails and made 4 separate phone calls in an attempt to get my postal address corrected. It is still incorrect which means that I will never receive the policy documentation which is supposed to be posted to me.
Am very disappointed that this department has let down the high standard of competence generally found in the FNB family.
