The service i get from Absa is pathetic. My account has been debited twice this month after being reassured that no such thing will happen. How does Absa expect me to now afford when they gave me a loan of R90% due to affordability instead of R100%. the rest i had to get by making a loan with old mutual. how is it now that according to them I acan afford to pay double the amount. How will i pay the other debit orders? I am tired of their systems not communicating with each other at my expense. If tables were turned legal matters would be taken against me by Absa. Absa does the opposite of what it promises to do.
