Pathetic service eve

I had credit card fnb in 2007 and i was retrenched so i culdnt pay that account. Now in 2013 i started working again and opened an fnb cheque account and now FNB is debiting my account as the want, firstly they took R210, then R710 and today R910 without making any arrangements with me. No one has ever bothered to contact me and make a paymet arrangement and see how much i can afford to pay them. I want my money back from FNB and if i dont get joy i will escalate this matter with the ombudsman as this is pathetic you dont debit my account without my permission. I want feedback ASAP
