I used to have my insurance with Outsurance, which should I say is by far the best with household insurance.
My geyser just stopped releasing hot water . it is an hour and a half ago now that I have spoken to Forbes specifically simone naidoo who advised that should your element on the geyser be damaged the client covers the cost . what stupid is that . my geyser is only a year and months old . its still new. non the less its been 1h30 minutes and still no response from Forbes.
Needless to say Simone Naidoo whoever she is should surely not be in the service industry cos her attitude is soooooo baddd it makes me wanna puke. I have called and left two messages for her but still no response. Forbes I am highly disappointed in you especially since my cover of over a R1000 should surely guarantee some quick response. Well I would definitely be moving by next year. I aint got time for mediocre service. I am in the service industry myself and I surely know what great wow service is. Shame on you Forbes, I hope il be able to have a bath for the new year hopefully.
