I am under debt review & car finance a part of the arrangement; to the fault of the bank, the debt counsellor in receiving responses from creditors, ABSA stated that I owed nothing & as a result was not included in the repayments but after 3 months they admitted their fault & were included; now after receiving unbroken payments for 2 years, they are holding me to the skipped payments.
There has been judgement & execution court order (NEVER SERVED ON ME) and car has since been repossessed.
This happened in the middle of car repairs & was not completed; taken stationary & repairs did not continue.
I have been left in hope that the debt review contract will be renewed & car returned.
My patience has run 4 months too long; am beyond angry & I cant even lift a finger to make follow up calls. I get referred to about 5 persons/divisions.
I have had legal intervention on my side but it has just been going around in circles. I am paying on the other hand as per debt review PDA distributions.
