I have an account of Kagisano which shows it has not been paid for more than 9 months but what i know and i have a proof that it was fully paid in 2010 and i have submitted the proof last month on the 20th November to XDS because it is only them who are having that account until today i have not heard anything from them when i call i was told it will be resolved next year on the 14 January but what i know a dispute takes 20 working days and i got a really bad service because everyone whom i speak to they were not friendly even they cut me short. i can not do things which i wan to do because of that account.
