We experienced such an inspirational moment over a weekend lunch. I would like to share that. I don't normally eavesdrop on conversations, but 3 friends having lunch discussion. They spoke with pride about the MD and their future plans. I had to turn around and in, asking who they work for. In sync they said BetterBond. What they said touched me. As friends and colleagues we worked together for years but we never met someone like our MD. We go to work in the morning because of him. He taught us to never give up no matter how hard it gets, but to get back up, and always chase our dreams. He is a man who doesn't hide mistakes but share them. Wish we could be like that. More companies should learn from him. I hope in my 45yrs as a business man, someone heard my staff talk about me in that fashion. look after them, specialized staff with such visions are hard to find. Staff like that will be your pillars. Make sure staff are happy with their manager and be comfortable telling you if they not. WELL DONE to YOU. You achieved something very little MD's do. Being seen as an inspiration. I will ALWAYS use betterbond in future for all my bonds. Your staff inspired me.
