I have not been paid for my geyer claim. According to ABSA the geyer was replaced by something to do with the guarantee sticker. I paid my plumber as it was an after hour problem, I have requested them to send me there plumbers no to sort the misunderstanding regarding the matter out, I have requested this since the 4th of Dec and had no response.
I haven't been paid and the matter is currently over 3 months old this is not on.
