This is a company that you are suppose to rely on when something goes wrong.
I am trying to lay a simple claim to get a burst geyser repaired but this seems to be the most difficult thing to accomplish.
I contacted the person managing our account, Beverley Padau, but her line is always busy. I requested a call back, but it seems this was not going to happen, I emailed her 4 times pleading in desperation, but nothing.
If there is any consideration for another human being left in that company.. Please do something about this.
