I have been involved in an accident on 15th of August 2013. Till date I have not yet received my car. I'm trying to get hold of senior management at Outsurance to finalise the matter. Nor reception or the call centre would direct me to a senior manager. Outsurance are simply dragging their feet on this matter and I need a prompt solution as I have holiday arrangements made. They have been kind to give me a loan car on their expense but have pushed up my premium far above the average 6% they informed me . (approx. 25%) The loan car is not large enough to transport my whole family. The appointed panel beater can not be trusted as many promises of completion has been made and various excuses given why the completion date has not been met. I'm now concerned about the safety of my family.
