Incorrect DEBIT ORDER date for the millionth time!

I have an account with your bank. I took out a re-advance on Friday 13 December 2013. My instalment was R2000.00 and has now has changed to R1800 after I closed the other account on Friday - YET YOU STILL TRIED TO DEDUCT R2000 FROM MY ACCOUNT TODAY! That being the old debit order amount and 13 days before I get paid. This is not the 1st time you try to deduct money before I get paid. You ASSUME I get paid earlier! Is it so hard to follow instructions? I called, spoke to Nhlanhla, when I requested a supervisor he dropped the call. I called back and spoke to Marriam who was quite helpful and Natasha the supervisor who was also very accommodating. STOP TRACKING MY DEBIT ORDER ON THE INCORRECT DATE - STOP ASSUMING AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. You killed a brilliant experience I had on Friday I had at your Parow Voortrekker Branch.
