What a nerve!!! I would really like to know who gave you permission to take money before the agreed date? Please don't tell me about a sms that was send. That's nonsense. If somebody doesn't respond it mean that person didn't get the sms. It does not mean you have permission to debit my account. What a nerve, please get your customer service in order.
