HUGE DISRESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

First and foremost I'm sick and tired of suppliers treating black customers as if we are stupid and have no sense. Dealing with CAPITEC BANK has been a great disappointment in my professional life.

When you sign a contract, there are terms and conditions which both parties have to adhere to. Debiting a person's account whenever you feel like is utterly wrong and a huge breach of a contract, you supposed to communicate properly with your customers instead of just treating us like illiterate bimbos.

That money that you debited from my account illegally you can keep it, as I'm no longer interested in banking with a bank that treats us like common criminals, and obviously doesn't care about inconveniencing ones livelihood.

I will continue honouring the contract and pay you guys manually, I will no longer use your services as there's no mutual respect from your side. I refuse to be painted with the same brush as the other black people.

I care greatly about excellent customer service, and yours is the lowest of the ranks to say the least.

I'm beyond disappointed with CAPITEC BANK, and I would advise ANY YOUNG PROFESSIONAL NOT TO WASTE THEIR TIME WITH CAPITEC BANK.
