This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Here are some of the instances.
1. I Had an accident in 2010. After having to contact the Ombudsman and fighting for more than a year they finally did a payout.
2. Every time I phone in, ALL my info on their system is wrong. My Address, the regular driver of the car etc. This went on for about 3 years
3. Now here is the last straw. I'm in the proses of purchasing a new car. I asked them to give me a quote... after 3 days and me having to call them again I finally received a ridiculous quote. I told them that I am not interested and that they should cancel my policy on the 16th of December for my previous car. On the 17th I phoned them just to arrange a refund for the month of Dec, to my own shock I found out that there is another payment going off on the 17th and that will be for the new QUOTE, which I never accepted. HOW CAN THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE R1700 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
I WILL NOT STAND FOR THIS. I NEVER AGREED TO THE NEW QUOTE (IN FACT I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY) AND THERE WILL BE TO PAY!
