It's been over a month now that I'm waiting for a refund. Policy was surrendered on 28 Oct 2013 and I received prompt payment for this, thank you. However, the refund of premiums debited after the surrender has not been paid. You've confirmed on 28 Oct that no further premiums will be debited, yet on the 01 Nov my account was double debited (2 x R327.79), of which I expect this to be returned. I've followed up several times, but no positive feedback received. Please can someone attend to this urgentlly.
